The Pupil Premium is additional government funding provided to schools to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. At Mandeville, this funding is carefully targeted to remove barriers to learning, raise achievement and ensure that all children can participate fully in every aspect of school life. 

Our approach is built on high-quality teaching, early identification of need, effective pastoral support and access to a rich programme of wider opportunities. We continually review the impact of our provision to ensure that our funding makes a meaningful difference to pupils' academic achievement, wellbeing, attendance and personal development.
