Leadership and Pupil Voice

Children are encouraged to play an active role within our school community through a range of leadership opportunities. Through roles such as Mandeville Action Takers, House Captains, Eco Council and Wildlife Warriors, children learn that their voice matters and that they can make a positive contribution to our school community.

By taking responsibility, contributing ideas and working together to improve school life, pupils develop confidence, responsibility and an understanding of how they can make a positive difference to others.
