Positions of Responsibility: Chair of the Full Governing Body, Chair of the Curriculum and Standards Committee, member of the Resources Committee, member of the Headteacher's Performance Appraisal Team, member of the Pay Team, Focus Link Governor for Safeguarding, Pupil Premium, Equalities and EYFS.

In my role as a Governor of the school, I can confirm that I have no business interests connected to the school or any other educational establishment, nor do I have any relationship with any other Governor or member of staff of the school.

I am pleased to have this opportunity to join the Board of Governors and support the school. I have been a parent at Mandeville Primary School since 2014. I have two children at the school and one at a local secondary school. I previously worked as Director of Operations for an Employment Screening company, managing teams of people and operational processes across offices in EMEA. I was also Director of Client Services, which was a client-facing role across the same region. I now work for a local charity setting up and managing a new initiative aimed at helping families in need in the local area. I hope I can use all my skills and experience to contribute positively to our school.
