As Headteacher, I am automatically a member of the Governing Body and I sit on all committees.
I joined Mandeville in September 2005, having previously been a Deputy Headteacher in Essex. I hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, with a specific focus on Learning and Teaching, Safeguarding and PSHE. It is a pleasure to work with such a highly committed team of governors and to see our school continuously improve. The shared vision is to meet the needs of every child and support all pupils in attaining the highest personal level of achievement.
