In my role as a Governor of the school, I can confirm that I have no business interests connected to the school and that I work as a SEND Inclusion for Essex County Council. I do not have any relationship with any other governor or member of staff of the school.
I have worked in education since 2014, starting as a Primary teacher. In 2018, I became a Trust Lead SENCo within Essex and more recently moved to my role with Essex County Council where I support Early Years settings, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 settings to develop their provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I am passionate about inclusive education for all learners and supporting our children and families to break down any barriers they may experience.
I currently have one child who has just started his school journey in Reception class at Mandeville. I am looking forward to supporting and working with the Mandeville team to continue to develop and grow!
